HDFC Bank has appointed to create a ready pool of resources for the Bank at various levels. will be responsible for sourcing the candidates and training them so they become job ready.
Relationship Manager
Purpose of the job:
1. Enhancement and deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of HNI customers
2. Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
3. Sales across all product segments - Current / Saving accounts, Asset products - Credit cards, Loan products and third party products like Insurance and Mutual Funds
Responsibilities
1. Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank
2. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships.
3. Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
4. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
5. Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise
6. Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
7. One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
8. Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
Requirements
1. Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets
2. Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
3. Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal & Influencing Skills
4. Should have good knowledge of liability products.
5. Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance
Program Specifications:
• Duration: 2 months’ full time training
• Joint Certification by HDFC Bank and
• Select, Hire and Train Responsibility:
• Final Selection by HDFC Bank
• Batch Size: 35-40
• Compensation: Rs 4 lakhs p.a. fixed (based on candidate profile and experience); additionally can earn quarterly incentive.
• Stipend: Rs 15,000 pm for two months during the course.
• will charge the student Rs 34,000 + service tax for the program. Candidates pay for their own staying costs. HDFC will also extend loans to candidates if necessary to pay the fee.
Selection Process:
• will source candidates from college campuses, on line resources and print media.
• will screen resumes and select candidates who are suitable.
• Candidates undergo online aptitude test.
• Candidates who clear aptitude test are interviewed by .
• Selected candidates are then invited to a final round interview in Delhi together with HDFC Bank staff.
• Selected candidates receive a conditional offer letter from HDFC Bank.
• They pay the fee and undergo the 2 months’ training program.
• Those successfully clearing all the certifications and examinations will be absorbed on the rolls of the bank.
