Job Details:
After the Training period and if found to have absorbed desired relevant focus, candidates shall be placed in the Site Engineering Portfolio to:
1.Cater potential clients from Company’s services in designated regions so that both the Company and Client are at a win- win situation.
2.Develop long-term relationships with clients by proper interpretation of their requirements.
3.Persuade clients (by technical presentations and demonstrations) how the Company’s products best suit their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
4.Conversion of customers from competitors with us by suitably providing technical modification inputs and data, highlighting energy and cost saviours plus long enhanced life, thus reduction of down time and regular spare part changes.
5.Negotiate Contract Terms and Conditions to meet both Client and Company’s needs.
6.Provide technical assistance and product education and support services.
7.Assist to conduct training to customer’s staff.
8.Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events, nationally & internationally.
9.Maintain close liaison with other departments and ensure that Product Delivery Schedules are met.
