Qualifications :
Educational QualificationName of the Post
  • BE / B Tech / AMIE in Electrical / Mechanical or Production orIndustrial Engineering.
  • Three (3) years post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.

  • ME / M Tech in Chemical Engineering.
  • One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.
Manager Technical – Chemical
  • ME / M Tech in Transportation Engineering.
  • One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.
Manager Technical – Logistics
  • ME / M Tech in Metallurgy Engineering.
  • One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.
Manager Technical – Metallurgy
  • ME / M Tech in Structural Engineering.
  • One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.
Manager Technical – Structural
  • ME / M Tech in Textile Engineering.
  • One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.
Manager Technical – Textile
  • ME / M Tech in Thermal Engineering.
  • One (1) year post qualification industrial experience in relevant field.

  • Graduation or any equivalent qualification.
  • An Officer with 5 years of commissioned service in Army / Navy / Air force and not below the rank of Captain or equivalent
Manager – Security
Age Limit : Applciants age limit must be between 25 years to 40 years for the post of Manager(Security) and remaining posts age limit must be 35 years as on 1st January 2014. Age Relaxation will be applicable 5 years for ST/SC, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD Applicants as per Govt. rules.
Selection Process : Selection process will be basis of Written Examination followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview.
Application fees : Unreserved Applicants (GEN & OBC) need to pay RS.500/- and Reserved applicants (ST/SC/PWD) applicants need to pay Rs.100/- by NEFT from any Bank / On-line Banking.
