Minimum skills required:

Freshers & Candidates with 2 Years Expereince can apply.

Graduates only (any stream).

Inbound Calls only (No Sales)

Experience in customer service industry (Hospitality, Aviation, Customer Service, BPO's) for over 6 months experienced resources.

Written and spoken fluency in business English.

Experience working in a B2C environment.

Technologically capable - able to quickly learn customer service software applications.

Strong problem-solving skills.

90% Day Shifts and 5 day working.
